Natural Veterinary Wellness was founded in 2020 with the mission to provide trusted, compassionate holistic education for pet guardians seeking natural ways to support their pets' health.
What began as a small virtual initiative has grown into a nationwide resource for those looking to explore holistic options that complement traditional veterinary care.
We are passionate about animals and committed to empowering guardians with thoughtful, evidence-informed wellness guidance.
Our team includes licensed veterinarians with years of experience in holistic and integrative veterinary care. While we do not provide clinical services through this platform, our background allows us to offer informed, educational insight to help pet guardians better understand natural wellness strategies.
We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and we do not establish a Veterinary Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR). Instead, we offer guidance rooted in modalities such as nutrition, herbal wellness, homeopathy, acupressure, and lifestyle practices — all intended to complement the care provided by your primary veterinarian.
We offer virtual educational sessions designed to support pet guardians in learning about natural approaches for their animal companions. These sessions are tailored to help you better understand holistic wellness concepts, whether you're focused on prevention, supporting a chronic condition, or exploring integrative options.
All sessions are educational in nature and do not replace veterinary diagnosis or treatment. Our goal is to help you make informed choices, work in harmony with your veterinary team, and explore natural ways to enhance your pet’s quality of life.
At Natural Veterinary Wellness, compassionate care starts with listening to you—the pet guardian. We focus on your concerns and goals, offering educational guidance on nutrition, supplements, herbal therapies, and lifestyle to support your pet’s wellness.
Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM) is a holistic approach to animal health that’s been used for thousands of years. Rooted in the principles of balance and energy flow (Qi), TCVM includes therapies like acupuncture, herbal medicine, food therapy, and Tui-na (Chinese massage). At Natural Veterinary Wellness, our focus is on educating pet guardians about how these gentle, time-tested tools can support your pet’s overall wellness. While TCVM is not a substitute for regular veterinary care, understanding its philosophy can help you make informed decisions about your companion's lifestyle, nutrition, and stress management all from a preventative, whole-animal perspective.
Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM) food therapy is a holistic, time-honored approach to supporting wellness in animals through nutrition. Rather than focusing on nutrients alone, TCVM considers the energetic properties of foods—such as warming, cooling, or neutral—and how they may influence the body's overall balance. The goal is to help maintain harmony between Yin and Yang, as well as Qi and Blood, which are key concepts in Chinese medical theory.
While TCVM food therapy has been used alongside other traditional practices like acupuncture and herbal medicine, its core purpose is often to promote long-term balance and prevent disharmony. Food has played a role in health for thousands of years—echoing the idea that “food is medicine”—and many pet guardians today are exploring how thoughtful dietary choices can support their animal’s overall well-being.
At Natural Veterinary Wellness, our goal is to educate pet guardians on these traditional principles so they can make informed choices in collaboration with their primary veterinary care provider.
Pet Guardian Holistic Wellness Education is about providing you with trusted, natural information and guidance to support your pet’s overall health and vitality. Our goal is to help you understand how holistic approaches—like nutrition, herbal therapies, supplements, and lifestyle choices—can complement traditional veterinary care to promote your pet’s well-being.
This education empowers you to make informed decisions that support prevention, balance, and natural wellness for your dog or cat. We work with reputable natural product partners to offer safe, high-quality supplements and therapies, which you can conveniently purchase online and have shipped directly to your home.
By learning and applying these holistic principles, you become an active participant in your pet’s health journey, helping them thrive in mind, body, and spirit.
